Hello there, I'm Hailey Temple. I'm a Learning Experience Lead here at MURAL and I'm going to show you the search and find features in mural. This feature is so handy when you have a mural like this with a lot of work on it and you need to quickly make sense and locate something.
So, I'm going to start by opening the find feature. It's located in the top toolbar right here, click it and I'll get this option here. First, what I'm going to do is search by keyword. So I want to find all of the elements that have the word brainstorm in it.
Mural is going to highlight these elements for me, and I can toggle through them quickly by using these arrows here or by toggling through with the arrows. on my keyboard. Now, I can also search for elements by keyword and color. So I just want to see the yellow elements that have the word brainstorm. I'll select this yellow color. And now I have one element. And I can go right here so I know exactly where it is.
Finally, I can search for elements just by color. So I'm going to clear this result and I only want the ones with these greens here. This is really handy for if you are color coding your work in mural or somebody contributing to a mural with a special color.
So now I've highlighted all of the sticky notes with these three specific green colors. So, that's the find feature. All you need to do is click Find, search by keyword, by color or by color. color and keyword. Happy exploring in MURAL.
