In this webinar, Douglas Ferguson of Voltage Control  a discussion on what it means to be a strong meeting facilitator.. He uses superman references and analogies, asking the meeting participants to identify their facilitation Super Powers and Kryptonite. Ferguson engages the participants (which is a superpower) and invites them (also a superpower) to contribute their personal experiences as facilitators in order to foster real conversations about what it means to lead a productive meeting.
